文档介绍:大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要实施企业流程再造有助于改革传统分工理论指导下的企业科层制的种种弊端,打破部门及组织的界限,使企业真正以顾客利益为中心、以高质量的产品或服务为手段,建立快速反应体系,大幅度提高企业在经济全球化中的竞争力,因此到目前为止该理论仍是企业管理中最为活跃的研究领域之一。铁岭供电公司隶属于辽宁省电力有限公司,负责铁岭地区电网经营管理。目前,公司面临的形势正在发生着较大的变化,公司的流程,组织机构,人力资源政策及服务水平都存在很多不适应企业发展及社会要求的地方。本文在对企业流程再造的相关理论研究的基础上,借鉴发达国家企业流程再造的成功经验,通过分析铁岭供电公司流程中存在的效率、效益及服务等方面的问题及产生问题的原因,提出企业战略应当以效益为中心的对策,形成环节精简、效率高的业务流程重组方案,并提出了确保新流程顺利实施的组织结构和人力资源政策等。铁岭供电公司业务流程重组是以当前供电企业面临的形势为基础,在分析公司流程存在的若干问题及产生的原因基础上,通过转变战略重点,调整组织结构,加强人力资源管理,借鉴国内部分供电企业的业务流程,提出适应市场的业务流程。该流程具有可操作性,科学性,前瞻性,适应电力市场发展趋势,符合公司利益和客户利益要求。关键词:流程分析;业务流程重组;保障措施铁岭供电公司业务流稃重组探讨 The Probe ofBusiness Process Reengineering forTieling Power Supply Co.
