(一)哮喘类别:心源性哮喘、支气管哮喘
(二)支气管哮喘的病理
支气管哮喘是继发于过敏的慢性气道炎症。在炎细胞、炎性介质的作用下,使支气管平收缩、气道粘膜水肿、粘液分泌增加、气道重塑,从而引起气道狭窄与阻塞、气道反应性增高。
(三)支气管平滑肌和肥大细胞功能与胞内cAMP之间的关系:

Chapter 31 作用于呼吸系统的药物
呼吸道疾病种类繁多,病因各异,但在病理上都常有气道炎症。故在治疗时,除对因治疗外,要注重抗炎治疗,并应根据病情合理使用对症治疗药(镇咳药、祛痰药、平喘药)。
一、平喘药
(一)支气管扩张药
作用机理:激动2受体,激活AC,提高胞内
cAMP/cGMP,从而松驰气道平滑
肌,抑制肥大细胞和中性粒细胞释放
过敏及炎性介质。
