文档介绍：摘要学科作为大学的核心因素,对大学的发展具有决定性的作用,一流大学之所以能称为一流大学最主要的因为其有一流的学科。学科的发展基本遵循着统合一分化一统合的发展趋势,现代学科的发展表现为在分化的同时也不断综合,并且综合化的趋势更加明显。许多重大社会问题和科学技术问题的解决需要依靠多学科之间的综合交叉;在新创立的学科中大多数为交叉学科,交叉学科是新学科的生长点,因此,发展交叉学科既符合学科发展的规律,又是社会发展的需要。发展交叉学科虽然不是建设世界一流大学的决定性因素,但是在科学和学科发展综合化的今天,发展交叉学科毫无疑问是建设世界一流大学的重要因素之一。本文通过对几所具有典型性的世界一流大学进行分析,总结出其在交叉学科建没中的经验:适应社会发展的需要、注重基础学科建设、重视新型交叉学科组织的建立、营造宽松自由的学术氛围、完善适合交叉学科发展的管理体制、充分利用自身优势发展交叉学科和拥有杰出的领导者及学者等七个方面;通过交叉学科建设可以提升大学职能的水平、完善学科结构、改善教师的知识结构等,从而促进一流大学的发展。在交叉学科的建设上,与世界一流大学相比,国内一流大学还存在较大的差距,造成这种结果的原因是多方而的,本文从学科本身、教师、机制、观念、基础学科等五个方面进行了分析,针对这些原因提出了解决之道,具体措施有:打破“学科壁垒”,促进学科文化的融合、加强基础学科建设、强化跨学科教育与研究,培养创新人才、树立大科学的思想、建立适应学科综合化发展的管理体制。笔者希望通过认清国内一流大学在交叉学科建设方面的不足之处,借鉴世界一流大学的成功经验,对国内一流大学交叉学科建设、学科水平的提升及世界一流大学的建设提供参考和指导。关键词:一流大学学科交叉学科学科建设交叉学科建设 Abstract As acore element inuniversity,discipline plays acrucialroleinthedevelopment ofuniversity Being firstclassdisciplines,there is afirstclassuniversity The development ofdiscipline follows thetrend ofintegration--polarization-- integration Modern disciplines generalize continuously with pany of polarization and the trend ofintegration isobvious Many important social and technology problems depend on prehensiVely among multidisciplines most disciplines are interdisciplines inthe course of forming a new discipline, therefore,developing interdisciplines ord with the rule of disciplinary development and therequest ofsocialdevelopment Though developing interdisciplines don’tplay adecisive roleinbuilding afirst classuniversity,it is an important element in thegeneralization ofthedevelopments ofscience and discipline By analyzing several typical world firstclassuniversities, the experience ofbuilding interdiscipline demonstrates in seven aspects,that is,a world firstclassuniversity adjusts totherequest ofsocialdevelopment;it values the construction of basic discipline and the building of new style anization;it creates an academic atmosphere offreedom;it makes themanagement mechanism ofinterdisciplinary development perfect;itdevelops interdi
