本研究以棉秆等硬茎秆为研究对象,通过对秸秆原料特性的分析,确定切碎原理和方法,设计出动力消耗低、粒度大小满足压缩成型要求的秸秆切碎机。推动我国目前综合开发利用农作物秸秆资源的技术创新和实际应用。
通过对原始数据的分析、方案的论证比较和有关数据的分析计算,主要完成了切碎机的总体设计,电动机的选择以及传动方案的分析、比较与选择等内容。在此基础上对切碎机机体的结构尺寸、驱动转轴的结构尺寸、V 带传动等设计应用价值进行了详细的计算和说明。
该机主要是由切碎器、变速箱和喂入机构、喂入槽、甩抛装置、带传动、电动机组成。其原理是秸秆由喂入槽喂入,在喂入机构作用下将其压实并卷入机构,被动定刀片组成的切碎器切碎,最后由抛送装置抛出机外。

ABSTRACT
In this study, hard cotton stalk stalk as the research object, through the straw raw materials characteristic analysis, determine the cutting principle and method of design, low power consumption, particle size to meet the requirements of the chopped pression molding our country prehensive exploitation and utilization of crop straw resources in technical innovation and practical application。
Through the analysis on the original data, program evaluation parison and analysis of the calculation, mainly plete the shredding machine overall design, the choice of motor drive and program analysis, comparison and the basis of the shredding machine structure of the body size, structure size drive shaft, such as V belt drive design value are calculated in detail and description.
The machine is posed of cutter, gear box and a feeding mechanism, feeding trough, spin off device, belt drive, principle is that the straw from the feeding chute feeding, in the feeding mechanism under the action of paction and involved mechanism, passive fixed blade consists of the shredder shredding, finally by throwing device throwing machine
