文档介绍：武汉理工大学硕士学位论文摘要随着现代港口投资建设项目的规模越来越大、投资额越来越高、涉及专业越来越广、项目内部的关系越来越复杂,港口建设项目面临的风险越来越大且难以控制。运用现代项目管理技术,特别是系统工程技术,进行有效的风险管理,具有重要意义. 本文在分析港口建设项目风险特点的基础上,对以风险管理为核心的港口项目投资整体风险管理框架进行了描述;然后重点分两个层次对港口建设项目风险进行综合评价。第一个层次,港口建设项目整体风险评价。进行风险识别,建立起一套适合港口建设项目风险评价的指标体系,这套体系比较全面地反映了港口建设项目的主要风险;然后采取专家调查法对各因素权重赋值,并通过专家评审委员会对某一具体港口建设项目实例中各因素的风险程度进行判断,采用模糊综合评判法对该项目整体的风险程度进行评估,把定性与定量相结合,全面、清晰、有效、简洁评判港口投资风险。第二个层次,港口建设项目经济风险评价。首先,从理论上比较了传统的财务评价方法与带有风险度的净现值分析法的差异,然后通过一个案例,从案例的评价过程与结果,探讨两种方法在应用中的利与弊。本文的创新点在于,分析识别港口投资风险构成,构建港口投资的风险指标体系,对港口投资风险进行模糊评价,结合模糊评价的结果,采用风险报酬法分析经济风险大小。港口建设项目的风险管理。还有很多值得探讨的领域,一些基础性的工作, 如风险识别与分析等,都是非常重要的。风险的分析与评价方法也是一个不断发展完善的过程。风险管理的实践性很强,本文所做的工作,希望能为港口建设项目管理实践活动提供一个方法,并通过实践使其得到不断的修正与完善。关键词:风险,模糊综合评价法,净现值分析法,风险管理武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abs仃act Astile scaleofmodem portinvestmentproject ing larger,the investment es more mad more uncontrollable,the specialties involved es more and more diversified,the relationships intheproject es more and theriskinport investment projects es more and more difficult tOcontrol,SO itisveryimportant toeontrolrisk ofport investmentproject effectively withmodem management technique,especially withsystems engineering techniques.
