摘要
紫外光固化涂料具有节约能源、减轻空气污染、固化速率快、占地少、适于自
动化流水线涂装等特点,因而得到了广泛的应用。紫外光固化涂料通常制备成不含
颜料的透明清漆,因为颜料可吸收或散射紫外光,影响光引发剂的固化效果。
本实验是以环氧丙烯酸酯为主要原料,然后添加各种助剂和颜料(特别是黑与
白)使之能在紫外光条件下完成固化,并具有一定的附着力。最后制备出性能优良、
易于施工的紫外光固化涂料。
本实验中,主要完成了黑、白、黄、红、蓝、绿、紫和桔黄八种颜色。具体步
骤如下:首先,探索各种光引发剂的固化效果,找出合适的光引发剂以及合适的用
量。然后,根据实验结果进行应用实验,在木块上上一层底漆,经过打磨上一层面
漆,再打磨后上一层涂料,在紫外光下进行固化。测试其附着力和遮盖。经检测合
格后完成本次实验。

Abstract
UV-curable coating has many features, such as energy conservation and reduces air
pollution, fast curing rate, cover less area, suit for automated assembly line painting and
so on, which has been widely used. UV-curable coatings are usually prepared to the
non-transparent varnish. Because the pigments can absorb or scatter ultraviolet light.
Impacting the curing effect of photo-initiator.
The epoxy acrylate is the main raw material in this study. Then add all kinds of
additives and pigments (especially the black and white), so that it plete cure
under the conditions of curing UV, and a certain of adhesion. Finally prepared the
UV-curable coating with excellent performance, easy construction.

blue ¸green¸purple¸orange. Concrete steps are as follows: first, explore the curing effect
of photo-initiator. Find appropriate photo-initiator and the appropriate dosage. Second,
complete the applied experiment, according to the results of the experiment. Put a primer
on the block. Give a topcoat after have been polished. Then give paint after have been
polished again. To curing after UV. Test their adhesion and the effects of covering.
