摘要:
食品是指各种供人食用或者饮用的成品和原料,以及按照传统既是食品又是药品的物品,但不包括以治疗为目的的物品。食品添加剂是指用于改善食品品质、延长食品保存期、便于食品加工和增加食品营养成分的一类化学合成或天然物质。食品添加剂是食品生产中的重要原料,因此本文将重点阐述一下食品添加剂与食品安全的概念,介绍食品添加剂对食品安全的影响,探讨如何提高食品安全及降低食品添加剂对人体健康的影响,还有食品添加剂的作用以及使用中存在的问题和对策并介绍我国食品安全现状及相应的问题。

Abstract
Food refers to various for people to eat or drink of finished products and raw materials, and have traditionally served as both food and medicament, but not including for medical purposes. Food additive is used to improve food quality and prolong food storage life, food processing and increase food nutrition type of chemical synthesis, or a natural substance. Food additive is important in the production of food raw material, this article will introduce food additives and the key concepts of food safety, food additive, introduces the influence of food safety, the discussion on how to improve food safety and reduce food additive effects on human health, and use of food additives and the existing problems and countermeasures and introduce our food safety status and the corresp
