乳化液泵站是为液压单体液压支柱、输送机用的液压缸等液压设备,提供高压工作液的动力源。是保证工作面正常生产、提高生产率的关键设备。
MRB—100/32乳化液泵是三柱塞卧式往复泵。本设计包括乳化液泵的压力、流量、曲轴转速、柱塞直径和行程、输入功率、连杆系数等参数的选择。正确的确定了泵的参数以后,决定乳化液泵工作不性能好坏的关键是合理的选择结构方案。
MRB—100/32型乳化液泵传动部分采用“飞溅润滑”,在运转过程中曲轴箱润滑油同时飞溅至油池,通过油池底部三个孔经导向铜套注入运动着的连杆小头铜套与滑块销间以及滑块与滑道孔间,保证了良好的润滑。高压钢套柱塞采用润滑油或调稀的二硫化油脂润滑。
设计的主要内容,也是说明书的主要部分,就是泵的主要零件的设计与校核计算。其中主要包括齿轮设计计算、齿轮轴的校核计算、连杆和连杆螺栓的设计计算、曲轴的设计计算等。

Abstract

Corresponding with the three-piston-rod, there are three groups of ing and outgoing valves. After ascertaining the parameters, the chose of the scheme of the structure es the key.
