College students ,asaspecial consumer groups, the mainstream oftheir consumption isscientific and reasonable. But itis undeniable that there are many irrational consumer behavior instudents daily consumption, which have atremendous negative effect onphysical and mental health ofcollege students. Therefore, ithas important practical significance toconcern onthe consumer status, grasp students 'consumer psychology, enhanc eeducation and guidance targeted tocultivate the health ofconsumer psychology. Inthis paper, weselect Tangshan College undergraduates asresearch object. Through the issuance ofquestionnaires, interviews and other methods toanalyze the consumption ofTangshan college students, wemaster consumer characteristics ofstudents and understand their bad performance ofthe consumer behavior, finally analyzing the generated reasons. Weputforward strategies which are bination ofinternal and external performance . When weare improv ing self-cultivation ofcollege students, the school, family, community are being tohelp students develop ahealthy and rational consumption habits atthe same time.
