摘要:由二元酸与二元醇经缩聚而制得的不饱和线型热固性树脂。这种聚酯在液态乙烯基单体(如18%~40%苯乙烯或苯乙烯和***丙烯酸甲酯的混合物)中的溶液经交联固化,而成为体型结构。研究了不饱和聚酯的合成方法及其应用的发展,主要来说简单的介绍下不饱和聚酯的概念、发展史以及它的用途,然后介绍它的和成工艺过程以及对不饱和聚酯树脂的展望等,详细的说明了不饱和聚酯合成过程的方法和如何实现工艺生产的过程。着重的采用了两步法的研究方法。在合成工艺方面上,应用了通用型不饱和聚酯树脂合成工艺及新型的固体不饱和聚酯树脂合成工艺进行了详细的介绍,通过这样的方法来反映出不饱和聚酯树脂在合成工艺上的进展,最后通过采集数据的形式来阐述不饱和聚酯树脂在应用方面的进展情况。

Unsaturated polyester synthesis and application
Abstract:By dibasic acid and dibasic alcohol by polycondensation and preparation of unsaturated linear thermosetting resin. This kind of polyester in liquid vinyl monomer (such as 18% ~ 40% styrene or styrene and methyl methacrylate mixture) the solution by crosslinking curing, and e a body structure. The unsaturated polyester synthetic methods and applications of development, mainly, simple introduced the concept of unsaturated polyester, development history and its use, and then introduced its and into process and the prospect of unsaturated polyester resin, detailed description of the unsaturated polyester synthetic process methods and how to realize the process of the production process. The main focus of the two-step research methods. In the synthesis process, the universal application of unsaturated polyester resin synthesis technology and new type of solid unsaturated polyester resin synthesis process in detail, through such methods to reflect the unsaturated polyester resin in synthesis technology progress, and finally through the form of data to illustrate unsaturated polyester resin in the progress of application.
