文档介绍:西华大学硕士学位论文到的切削用量使刀具、机床的性能得到提高。在同主轴箱即多刀同时加工的情况下,对切削用量进行优化,使专用机床的生产加工效率达到最佳。为了实现该情况下刀具对切削用量的唯一标识,采用助记码法对刀具进行编码。整个系统综合运用了CBR技术、专家系统、动态链接库、ADO技术等多种技术,充分发挥了VisualC++、SQL server2000、 Works 2006软件的优点,开发出了集刀具几何参数优化、切削用量优化和零件、装配体的三维实体及二维图形自动生成于一体CAD系统。该CAD系统完成后,刀具几何参数、切削用量的选取更加合理。所生成的三维图形及二维图形符合厂方的要求,并对于刀具的设计、图形生成和正确选择材料、切削用量有重要的实际应用意义,大大降低了生产成本,缩短生产周期,提高生产率。并使刀具的最大优势发挥出来,推进我国刀具行业CAD 技术的快速发展和应用。关键词:金属切削数据库,切削用量,切削力,优化函数西华大学硕士学位论文 Study ofCutting Parameters Optimization inIntelligent CAD System forCutting Tools Mechanical Electronic Engineering Zhao Lei Supervisor Deng Yuanchao With the high-speed development puter technology,artificial intelligence and CAD technology,intelligentCAD system of cutting tools is ing more and more theproducing process,how to use these technologies tochoose theappropriate cuttingtool,optimized cuttingparameters, optimizedgeometric parameters,scientific dataanddrawing ofcutting tooldesign, ing animportant topic which isneed tobesolutedurgently.
