摘要
金融产业集聚是现代金融产业存在和发展的基本形式。早在 20 世纪初人们就注意
到国际性的金融中心都是金融产业的集聚地。金融产业发展和向集聚高级阶段演化是评
测一个金融中心金融集聚竞争力的标准。在中原经济区建设的战略下,提高我省金融产
业集聚力也是当务之急。就我省目前的现状来说,我省金融产业已经初步形成了集聚趋
势,但发展水平发达地区地相比,还是非常落后的。河南省作为中原经济区的主体,背
负着推动中原经济区建设的使命,所以发展区域中心建设是我省的重要任务。
本文在总结和回顾金融产业集聚的相关概念的基础之上,初步建立了集金融产业集
聚理论、区域金融中心理论和 CBD 金融集聚区建设理论于一体的理论框架。从金融产业
总体状况、分行业状况及金融资源地区分布状况三方面,运用静态分析与动态分析相结
合的方法,分析了河南省的金融产业集聚状态。并对我省金融机构总体情况以及我省下
属 18 个地市的现状进行了剖析,从而对我省金融产业的具体现状进行了研究和分析。
通过区位熵的方法对我省 18 个地市的集聚度进行了计算,并且构建了威尔逊模型,运
用因子分析法评价河南省的金融集聚度,来了解河南及各地市的金融集聚辐射能力,进
一步分析河南省内金融资源的配置。并结合数据分析和实证结论,对河南省的集聚情况
进行了 SWOT 分析。根据现状分析和实证结果,并结合国际性的金融中心的发展经验,
总结出河南金融集聚发展所面临的主要问题。最终提出了提升河南省金融产业集聚的对
策和建议,包括加强河南省内各市地市之间的交流和合作,完善河南省的法律环境和金
融市场环境,建立健全河南省金融市场体系,金融人才的培养、引进,加快郑州市区域
金融中心的建设。

Abstract
The financial industrial clustering is the basic form of the existence and development of the modern
financial industry. As early as in the early 20th century, people noted that international financial center is
