220kV 寿州变电站综合自动化改造
摘要
由于综合自动化改造为改进变电站运行管理模式、提高设备自动化水平提
供了可靠保障,因此对老旧变电站进行变电站综合自动化改造是变电站发展的
必然趋势。首先,本文对变电站综合自动化的功能及现状进行了简要介绍。其
次,介绍了 220 千伏寿州变电站改造前设备方面的情况,以及改造方案的主体
内容和设计原则。改造采用南瑞继保有限责任公司生产的 RCS-9000 系统,采
用 Windows 平台,双服务器、双前置机、前置双网、后台双网的网络拓扑结构,
使得 RCS-9000 系统具有安全性、开放性、可靠性和可扩展性。改造后的系统
具有功能综合化、结构分布分层化、通信网络化、操作监视屏幕化、测量显示
数字化、运行管理智能化等特征,并实现了“四遥”功能。此次改造有利于改
善系统电能质量、提高管理水平和提高整个系统的抗干扰能力。

220kV Shouzhou Substation
Abstract
The reconstruction of old substation integrative automation provides reliable
guarantee for the reform of operation management modes and enhance the
automatic level of the equipment. It is an inevitable trend in the development of
substation. Firstly, this paper introduces the functions, current situation of the
substation integrative automation system. Secondly, the condition of 220kV
Shouzhou substation’s electrical installations, mon contents and design
principles of upgrading design are introduced. The reform of old substation
integrative automation adopted the advanced RCS-9000 system that developed by
NARI-RELAYS ELECTRIC . With Windows platform, double server,
dual-FEP configuration, work for FEP and postprocess, the RCS-9000
system has safety, reliability, expansibility and openness. With functional
integration, hierarchical and distributed structure, working,
on-screen monitor, digital display measurement, intelligentized operation
management, the centralized control substation realizes the four-remote function.
The modification could improve the system of power quality, the level of
management and the system of anti-interference ability.
