配电网中基于人工鱼群算法的分布式发电规划
摘要
分布式发电是一种高效、环保的新型发电技术。它具有投资小、运行和安装方式灵活、
供电可靠性高等优点。但是,分布式发电大规模的渗入到配电网,使得配电网网络规划,
电力系统负荷预测面临着更多的不确定性因素。同时,分布式发电还会对配电网电能质量、
电力系统继电保护、可靠性等带来影响,其影响程度与分布式发电投入配电网的发电容量
和安装位置紧密相连。因此,对分布式发电选址和定容问题进行深入的研究具有十分重要
的战略意义和实用价值。
本文对含分布式发电的配电网扩展规划采用双层人工鱼群算法嵌套进行优化求解。外
层优化分布式发电的安装位置和投切容量。考虑分布式发电对配电网网络潮流的影响,将
分布式发电的优化结果加入到内层配电网的线路优化中。人工鱼群算法结束时得到配电线
路和分布式发电位置和容量的优化解。论文对内层配电网线路优化过程中产生的动态支路
矩阵,采用广度优先搜索遍历策略重新形成适合于潮流计算的支路矩阵。该方法能自动识
别配电网拓扑结构,具有一定的实用性,避免了配电网络辐射性的检查从而提高了寻优效
率。
针对人工鱼群算法所得优化解精度低,算法后期收敛速度慢的问题,论文分别采用最
优个体保留策略和视野动态调整策略对其进行了改进。最后,论文通过一个经典算例验证
了人工鱼群算法在优化含分布式发电的配电网扩展规划中的有效性和可行性。

DISTRIBUTION GENERATION BASED ON ARTIFICIAL FISH
SWARM ALGORITHM
ABSTRACT
Distributed generation (DG) is an efficient, environmental friendly, new power generation
technology, which has the advantage of less investment, flexible operation and installation, and
higher power supply reliability. However, switching the large-scale DG to the distribution
network brings more uncertainties to the work planning and power system load
forecasting. Meanwhile, switching the DG to the work can also influence the
power quality, power system protection and reliability, which are closely related with their sites
and sizes. Therefore, the study of the sizes and the sites of DG will have the great strategic
importance and practical value.
In this paper, double artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) is applied work
optimization of the work with DG. The outer optimize DG’s sites and sizes.
Considering the impact of switching DG to the work on the flow, the outer
optimization results will be brought to the inner line the end of AFSA, we obtain
the optimization solutions of the distribution lines and the installation sites and sizes of the DG.
The dynamic branch matr
