汽车空调系统是提高汽车舒适度指标的重要部分,控制空调系统工作的空调控制器则是指挥整个空调系统工作的核心。为了提高汽车的舒适度指标,各大汽车厂商尤其是轿车厂商纷纷配置高档次全自动汽车空调,以提高整车的配置。然而目前高档全自动空调控制器市场和技术均由国外厂商所垄断,国内生产企业大部分只能生产低档电子空调控制器产品或手动控制器产品。无论在市场上和技术上均与国外厂商相差很远。
本文针对目前国内汽车空调控制器技术落后的情况,提出应用智能控制技术设计具有多传感器信号输入的智能型全自动空调控制器。该控制器无论是在功能上、复杂程度上和智能化程度上均远远高于现有国产汽车空调控制器产品,技术上赶上国外同类产品。该汽车空调控制器改进了以往汽车空调控制器传感器少,对车内外环境数据采集不准确、高耗能等缺点,选用高性能微处理器,采集5个传感器信号,在微处理器内进行分析,并运用神经网络技术和模糊控制技术设计了一套智能控制器,从而实现对空调系统的总成部分各通风风门、鼓风机以及压缩机等执行机构的智能控制,使汽车在舒适度、能耗和加速性能等各方面指标较以往均得到大大提高。
本文结合设计要求对空调控制器的软硬件进行了设计,硬件电路以富士通89F538单片机为核心微处理器,软件部分采用C程序设计语言,在富士通开发环境下完成。本文还对软件的测试方法进行了讨论,通过软件测试表明软件部分完全满足要求。
本文设计的汽车空调控制器已经通过湖北法雷奥公司的系统测试和奇瑞公司产品部的样品装车路试,测试结果表明该空调控制器工作可靠,稳定性高,实现了设计预想要求。

Abstract
Automobile air-condition system is an important part of the improving fort degree, and the air-condition controller is the core of performing of whole air-condition system. To improve fort degree of auto, auto manufacturers equip super automatic auto air-condition for their productions one after another. Nowadays, however, foreign manufacturers have monopolized the market and high-level technology, and the national manufacturers have to produce the low-level electronic air-condition controller or manual air-condition controller. Now national products of air-condition controller are far from foreign not only on market but also technology.
Aiming at the situation that the research technique of domestic auto air-condition controller is lower, the thesis put forward to design pletely automatic air-condition controller with the much sensors signal import useing the intelligent control technique. The kind of controller exceed the now available home-made auto air-condition controller produce far away not only in the service capacity but also in plex degree and intelligentization degree, and catch up with foreign produce in the technique.
