America , both domestic and export prices fell further in January and February as a result of weak domestic and export demand. ONP prices also softened in January-February in W. Europe . In China , import prices fell in January-February after being stable for a while. Prices for domestically collected ONP, however, remained unchanged. Prices are predicted to stabilize and rebound in the near term, although the rebound will not be as strong as for OCC. Mixed Paper Domestic and export prices slipped further in N. America in January and early February as export demand was constrained at least partially by the port issues on the West Coast. Prices in W. Europe dipped down in early February after being flat or even strengthening in January. In China , prices for imported mixed paper sourced from Europe and the USA fell continuously in January-February. The global mixed paper markets are projected to stabilize and rebound around the second quarter. High Grades Prices for high grades rose modestly or held flat in early February after rising significantly in January in N. America as supply remained limited. Prices in Continental Europe held flat, while prices in euros in the UK stayed on an upward track in January-February. Import prices in China remained unchanged in February after ris
