文档介绍：I 编号毕业设计(论文) 相关资料题目: 关于构建大学生公益创业体系分析二〇一三年六月摘要 I 摘要我国正处于体制转轨和社会转型的关键时期,随着公民公共服务需求的日趋增长和社会问题的集中显现,公益创业作为一种新的解决问题和提供服务的新方式,开始逐步在我国兴起。公益创业指的是个人、社会组织或者网络等在社会使命感的激发下,追求创新、效率和社会效益,是面向社会需求、建立新组织、向公众提供产品或服务的社会活动,是将公益事业办成一个更加可持续发展的和更加有竞争力的实体。由于受社团发展、教育体系、制度建设和配套政策等多方面的限制,大学生公益创业发展面临着创业平台支持不足、资金投入不足、理论知识欠缺和实践锻炼机会少等多种困境,针对这些困境,文章基于市场失灵理论、治理理论和社会支持理论为基础,从政府、高校、社会组织和个人等四个维度,提出推动公益创业人才培养,发展社团组织,推进公益创业教育和完善相关政策法规等一系列对策。关键词: 大学生;公益创业;体系;对策 Abstract II ABSTRACT China isnow in the key period of system transition and social transition. Along with the increase of public service and the concentrated reflection in social problems, asa new method to solve social problems and offer service, social entrepreneurship isnow rising in China step by step. Social entrepreneurship means that person, anization work and soon pursue innovation, efficiency and social benefits under the inspiration of social mission, social activities which build up anizations, offer audience product or service and entity turning social p ublic welfare undertakings more sustainable petitive. Due to the limitation in school group, education system, system c onstruction , related policy and other aspects, undergraduate social entrepreneurship faces the troubles including the lack of social entrepreneurship stage support, financial investment, theory knowledge, practical chances and soon. According to these troubles, based on the market failure theory, governance theory and social support theory, this es up with a series of countermeasures including the promotion in social entre preneurship talents cultivation, developing anization, completing social entrepreneurship education and related policy, l aws and regulations from the four aspects of government, university, anization and person.
