【摘要】目的优选金银花中绿原酸的最佳提取方法和提取工艺。方法以金银花中绿原酸的含量为指标,考察了水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波提取法和醇提法提取金银花中绿原酸优劣,确定超声法为最佳提取方法。通过正交实验,以溶剂浓度、预浸时间、超声时间和pH值4个因素对超声法的提取工艺进行优选。结果得到最佳的提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为60%,pH值1,预浸12 h,超声提取2次,45 min/次;%。影响程度为:pH值预浸时间超声时间溶剂浓度。结论工艺简单,提取条件温和,提取率高,可为提取绿原酸的大规模产业化所应用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the best methods and extraction process of extraction of chlorogenic acid from chlorogenic acid content and extraction rate in Honeysuckle as the standards, different extraction methods, such as steam distillation, returning ethanol, ultrasound, were inspected, and the ultrasound method was determined as the best method. The effects of solvent concentration, presoaking time, ultrasound time, pH value on the ultrasound extraction process were also optimized. ResultsThe best extraction conditions were as follows: concentration of ethanol at 60%, pH value , presoaking time for 12h, extraction 2 times and 45mins each time. Extraction yield of chlorogenic acid from Honeysuckle by ultrasound was %; the effect degree: pH value presoaking time ultrasound time solvent concentration. ConclusionThis method is simple, the extracting condition is gentle, the rate of extraction is high, and this process is apt to industrial production of extraction of chlorog
