摘 要
当前社会,我国正在进行城镇化发展,工业化、现代化进程也不断加快,我国的建筑行业也飞速发展。在这个过程中,我们国家将拆除大量的危楼,破旧房屋,将以最新最高水平的高楼大厦取而代之。在建设过程中,石子和沙土必不可少,但自然界并没有这么大量的沙石,这就需要破碎机的帮助。负摆颚式破碎机是应用最为广泛的破碎机械。
本文研究学习了负摆式破碎机的基本原理,并制定了设计方案后,逐步进行设计,并在一些零件上进行了改进,以提高机器的生产率和安全性以及减小机械的磨损。本设计重点在于对V带轮,主轴,机架设计,轴承以及动鄂的设计研究,确保零件满足生产中所需要的各种要求,并对负摆式破碎机的磨损情况进行了分析。

Abstract
In the current society, China is undergoing urbanization. The process of industrialization and modernization is also accelerating. The construction industry in China is also developing rapidly. In this process, our country will demolish a large number of dangerous buildings and dilapidated houses, replacing them with the tallest high-rise buildings. In the process of construction, stone and sand are essential, but there is not such a large amount of sand in nature. This requires the help of a crusher. Negative pendulum jaw crusher is the most widely used crusher.
This paper studied and studied the basic principles of the negative pendulum crusher, and after the development of the design plan, it was gradually designed and improved on some parts to improve the productivity and safety of the machine and reduce the mechanical wear and tear. The focus of this design is on the design of V-belt pulleys, spindles, frame designs, bearings, and moving jaws to ensure that the components meet the various requirements that are required during production, and the wear of negative-swing type crushers is analyzed.
