Due to their own lack of knowledge, skills and urban social exclusion, they find it difficult to integrate into urban society, and thus have a strong sense of inferiority. By involving in new citizens, social workers can help to improve their own skills and their self-awareness, eliminate the social gap and thus help them better integrate into city life. This paper is based on the social worker services in the Tianjin Women's Federation, Urban and Rural Working Divisions Migrant Workers' Community Technology Learning Center(CTLC), and by explaining the roles and action options of embedded social workers in promoting the social integration of the new citizens to the cities, we hope to explore an effective social munity intervention model 业社会工作这门课程结束以后, 同学们便开始寻找各个企业去实****把自己在课堂上学到的东西应运到时间中去。经过与香坊黑天鹅电器商场经理的交谈和考核, 他允许我在他们商场以一名员工助理的身份进行观察学****我的实****时间被安排在了 9月 23 号到 10月7号, 为期两周。我的主要职责
