摘要
社会经济的迅速发展使医疗管理内容呈现多元化,医疗服务对象多样化,社区医疗已经发展成整个医疗体系一个重要分支,这对医疗机构的硬件和软件设施提出了很高的要求,因此,开发并设计一套合适的社区医疗管理系统迫在眉睫,极具有理论意义和实际意义。社区医疗管理信息系统设计的主要任务是实现社区的药品管理、疾病管理、社区医疗信息公告等方面的功能,这些都是社区医疗管理系统的核心功能,它将人(病人、居民、医生等)、管理功能等内容高度联系在一起,最大限度的提高社区医疗卫生事业的工作效率。
本文主要从社区医疗管理的基本概念开始详细介绍社区医疗管理系统的功能和结构,并论证社区医疗的设计方案,简要介绍了使用的开发工具ASP和ADO技术,并详细介绍子系统的需求分析、设计、测试等开发程序,展示了子系统实现的功能及部分主要系统界面。该系统功能齐全,具有良好的可靠性、易使用性、易维护性等优点,具有一定的应用与推广价值。

Abstract:
With the social economy rapid development, the content of medical management is multiplied at present and the object of medical service is diversified. So munity medical service has already developed to be an important branch of the entire medical system. It also has very high request of anization’s hardware and software facility. Therefore, it is imminent to develop and design a set of munity medical service management system. It has extremely theoretical and practical significance. The primary design mission of munity medical service management information system is to realize medicine control、disease management, information announcement munity medical service and so on functions. These are core functions munity medical service management system. It gets human (patient, resident, doctor and so on) and other management functions with highly together. It highly raises munity health enterprise's working efficiency.
