文档介绍：i 分类号: 密级: U D C : 学号: 硕士学位论文石油勘探企业风险的识别与评价姓名: 张倩学科门类: 企业管理指导教师: 张谦(教授) 2012年5月 ii 石油勘探企业风险的识别与评价学科:企业管理研究生签字: 指导教师签字: 摘要风险是伴随着人类的产生、发展而生的,人类社会的历史就是一部对抗风险、管理风险的历史。石油产业作为支柱性能源产业,特别是以石油勘探开发为对象的勘探企业,由于其自然条件、市场地位的特殊性,具有其不同于一般企业的风险特征。因此,如何有效地进行风险的识别和评价、开展石油勘探企业的风险管理研究、为石油勘探企业创造更高的效益、促进企业的可持续发展,具有重大的理论意义和现实价值。本文对国内外风险管理及石油企业风险管理的实践和理论研究进行综述,综合多种文献,业已形成了各具特色的企业风险管理理论体系,就石油勘探企业而言,多见于石油勘探个体项目的风险研究,而对于企业整合性风险研究不足。因而,本文首先界定研究的对象,并探讨石油勘探企业的经营特征,认为石油勘探企业存在着来自于内部、外部两方面的风险,其中,内部风险是技术风险、管理风险、财务风险、人力风险、资源风险和安全风险,外部风险是地质风险、市场风险、政策性风险和社会政治风险。以延长石油集团油气勘探公司为例,通过专家调查法取得研究所需数据,应用层次分析法原理以及 ,对企业的风险进行识别与评价,得出油气勘探公司面临的风险按风险度从高到低依次是技术风险、安全风险、财务风险、资源风险、管理风险以及政策性风险。最后,根据风险评价结果提出了开展技术创新、强化安全生产管理、整合财务资源等风险控制策略。关键词:石油勘探企业;风险识别;风险评价 iii Risk identification and evaluation panies Discipline:enterprise management Student Signature: Supervisor Signature: Abstract Generation of risk is panied by the emergence and development of the human, history of human society is the history of risk confrontation and industry as apillar ofthe energy industry,especially petroleum exploration and development companies, considering the particularity of its natural conditions and market position, has its different from the generalbusiness risk , how to effectively carry out risk identification and evaluation andto carry out a risk management study of the panies for them to create higher efficiency, and promote the sustainable development, with significant theoretical and practical value.
