摘要:采用活性硅氧烷作为VPI环氧树脂的稀释剂,研究了添加不同用量的硅氧烷稀释剂对树脂体系的粘度、
储存稳定性、固化物力学性能及介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅氧烷稀释剂添加量的增大,体系的粘度显
著降低,对储存稳定性影响很小,冲击强度明显提高,介质损耗呈上升趋势,在155℃下tan8最大值不超过
。当硅氧烷稀释剂的添加量为16份时,浸渍树脂的综合性能达到最佳。
