文档介绍：Dissertation Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master Degree of Management Science and Engineering Research on Evaluation for the High-tech Enterprises Innovation Performance by Zhang Xin Supervisor: Prof. Li Xiangdong November 20 13 万方数据万方数据河北工业大学硕士学位毕业论文Ⅰ摘要高新技术企业是高新技术的经济实体,其在发展高新技术中扮演着重要角色,近几年来,高新技术企业发展迅速,其在国民经济中占的比重越来越大,在国民经济中占据了重要位置,是新的经济增长点。高新技术企业在国民经济中的重要地位,从根本了决定了高新技术企业创新绩效评价的重要性。企业绩效评价是企业经营管理的重要组成部分,它是经济体系中的核心问题,对企业的发展方向起导向作用,这种导向作用发挥的有效与否,不仅对企业经营绩效的正确、客观的评价具有重要作用,而且还利于企业的发展。因此,为了促进高新技术企业科学发展,就有必要对它的运行状况进行客观、科学的绩效评价。不仅具有实践指导意义,还具有一定的理论价值。本文以高新技术为研究对象,通过文献研究法找出现有的文献中关于企业绩效评价指标体系和评价方法,并对这些评价指标进行了归纳整理。根据整理的高新技术企业创新绩效评价指标,在依据本研究的研究视角建立初步的指标体系。采用问卷调查法搜集数据,对初步指标体系进行预测试和正式测试,在正式测试中利用 SPSS 软件对指标体系探索性因子分析,然后利用 LISREL 软件对指标体系进行验证性因子分析, 确立最终的高新技术企业创新绩效评价指标体系。最后利用这套指标体系采用主成分分析法对高新技术企业进行实证分析,通过评价结果可以发现现阶段和其它高新企业相比存在的差距。评价结果有助于企业管理者找出企业现阶段存在问题和原因,不断加强技术创新,优化创新流程,改善营销策略,完善组织结构,提高企业创新绩效, 只有这要才有利于企业长远发展。关键词:高新技术企业、创新绩效评价、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、主成分分析万方数据高新技术企业创新绩效的评价研究Ⅳ万方数据河北工业大学硕士学位毕业论文Ⅲ ABSTRACT High-tech enterprise is the economic entity of the high-tech, and it plays an important role in the development of high-tech. In recent years, with the rapid development of high-tech enterprises, its proportion accounted for in the national economy is growing; it accounted for important position in the national economy and is the new economic growth point.
