摘要: 针对烟气中硫酸冷凝液对电站烟囱的腐蚀,研究了电站烟囱 C30 混凝土在 80℃,15%
硫酸溶液浸泡条件下的腐蚀规律,根据 Fick 扩散方程和反应速率方程,提出一个简化的移动边界
腐蚀模型。采用定时间步长、变坐标步长的差分求解方法,对移动边界腐蚀模型进行求解,并采
用相应的人工腐蚀实验来对模型进行验证。计算结果表明:随着时间的推移,在固定的时间步长
内移动界面的位移变缓,腐蚀深度随时间的延续而增加,符合腐蚀的变化规律;计算结果与实验
数据有较好的吻合性,该模型可以用于混凝土在硫酸腐蚀下腐蚀速度的预测,指导实际的工程设
计。

Numerical simulation of sulfuric acid corrosion of
concrete of Power Plant Chimney

Abstract: in order to investigate the corrosion of power plant chimney by the condensed sulfuric acid from the flue gas,
corrosion of C30 concrete exposed to an 80℃,15% sulfuric acid solution was studied. Based on the Fick diffusion equation and the
chemical reaction rate equation, a simply corrosion model with a moving boundary was developed. Model was solved by using
fixed-time step and variable space interval method. The data calculated from the model show that in fixed and equal time steps the
move of the moving interface is slow by time. with the corrosion time prolong ,the corrosion deep increase. The date is in a good
accordance with the experiment data. The model can be used to predict the corrosion rates of concrete exposed to
