Methods: TLC method and HPLC method were used for identification and testing ofWeikangling capsule ,using Diamonsil C18 column, acetonitrile -% phosphoric acid (14 :88) ataflow rate: ml/min, temperature: 30 ℃,detection at230 nm. Results: byimproved ofthe method ofexperiment, less interference-impurities, paeoniflorin isolation and tailing factor Better, but also shortened the sample testing there isno interference inthe TLC identification. Conclusion: TCL experients have nonegative interference inthe identification, determination ofimproving the methods ofmore satisfactory, sowecan todetermine ittobequality standards.
