一、概述
DL 系列泵是立式、单吸、多级节段式离心泵,供输送清水及物理化学性质类似于水的
液体之用。适用温度不超过 80℃。
泵为立式安装,具有结构紧凑,噪声低,占地面积小的特点。主要用于高层建筑、工
厂、矿山给排水、消防及空调机组循环冷却水的输送。
泵型号的意义:80DL20×6
80—泵入口直径(mm)
DL—立式多级离心泵
20—泵设计点单级扬程(m)
6—泵的级数(叶轮数)
General Description
Series DL Pump belong to single suction, multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump mainly
used for clear water or other liquid similar to water in physical and chemical qualities.
This kind of pump is installed vertically, has simply construction, low noise, small
occupied land. This pump is suitable for water supply of high constructions, factories,
mines, fire fighting and air-conditioner system, etc.

二、结构说明:
DL 泵为立式多级分段式结构,用四只螺栓把进水段、中段、出水段联系成一体。根据
安装使用要求不同,出水段相对进水段的位置可安装在 0°、90°、180°、270°等四个方
位。如果用户不提要求,一般安装在 180°方向。
DL 泵的主要零件有:进水段、中段、出水段、叶轮、导叶、轴、平衡鼓、平衡套、密
封环等。泵轴向力由平衡鼓平衡,其余残余轴向力由上端的向心推力球轴承承受。泵密封
根据用户要求可用填料密封或机械密封。
泵上端轴承采用钙基黄油润滑。从电机端向下看,泵为逆时针方向旋转。
Construction
Series DL pump belongs to multi-stage vertical construction. Using four bolts to
connect suction casing, stage casing and discharge casing. The inlet and outlet can be
rotated to directions of 0°, 90°,180°,270°etc. according to the different r
