During the rebuiiding two sets ofICE(15216#/14099#),used double twist 1ine to connect two sets ICE controllers,used the protocol of《SAEJl587,SAEJl708>> issued by US motor association。Achieved data inter change and the same time the operation method remains,optimized the ICE interlink technique used,the two ICE can processing failure checking and alarming,the motor can be operated with steeples speed control, automatic motor running, closed loop stabilization speed control,optimized equipments resources. Two diesel otiyes realized the parallel— can determine two or one diesel otives revoluing by the this way,some fuel can besaved, breakdown rate also can bedecreased,resoveled the shorting ofelectricity fitting and kept railway transportaion running in safety and on time. Key words: bustion Engine: micro—controller: interlink techniq,le;failure checking:stabilization speed control 大庆石油学院硕士研究生学位论文 ,以期提高铁路运输能力。其中一种经济有效的方法就是采用双节机车重联牵引来提高牵引吨位。随着计算机控制技术的不断发展和涌现,机车重联技术也在不断发展。我国在80年代进口的一批原东德生产的“V100、V1003”型内燃机车,至今己在国内各企业运行多年,早已超期服役。随着部件的磨损和老化,以及备件供应断档,近年来很多企业已将该型机车报废淘汰。大庆石化公司炼油厂现有四台该型机车,也面临着部件的磨损、老化、牵引动力不足等诸多问题。如何解决该型机车的这些问题是摆在我们面前一个新的课题。炼油厂机车车间承担产品出厂和原材料进厂的铁路运输任务,年出厂量达78万吨, 年进厂量达35万吨,近年产品出厂和原材料进厂的运输量逐年增加。现在用内燃机车, 是1975年自原东德进口的V100、V1003型内燃机车,设计功率735KW,使用达25年之久,,动力下降20%。近年整列重车作业量增加,现有内燃机车无法完成整列重车的调车作业,调车作业只能分钩进行,严重威胁安全、正点生产,出厂
