代用基质对仙客来幼苗素质的影响

摘要于人工气候箱内进行了不同代用基质对仙客来幼苗素质影响的研究。结果表明,以锯末基质的
效果最好,其它优劣顺序为:锯末与河沙混合(S/ S = 1 :1) 、锯末混蛭石(S/ V = 1 :1) 、蛭石混沙(V/ S = 1 :
1) ,园土的效果最差。其发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗活力指数、幼苗鲜重、球茎直径和叶面积等的差异显著。

The Effects of Different Substitude Media on the
Seeding Quality of Cyclamen

Abstract This experiment was conducted in an artificial climate chamber , and the disinfected and
germinated seeds of Cyclamen were processed with different substitute - media. The result showed
that sawdust roots media is the best , the following are sawdust mixed with sand (S/ S = 1/ 1) , sawdust
mixed with vermiculite (S/ V = 1/ 1) , vermiculite mixed with sand (V/ S = 1/ 1) ,and top soil of garden
(ck) is the last . It is obvious difference in the seeds’germination percentage ( %) ,survived - seedling
percentage ( %) , seedling fresh weight (g/ plant) , seeds germination index , and seedling vigor index in
this experiment .
