低层冷弯型钢房屋墙体立柱承载力试验研究

摘要轻钢立柱墙体是低层冷弯型钢建筑一种新型的墙体结构形式,本文对轻钢立柱墙体中主要承力构件 C 型截面立柱试
件进行了轴心承载力性能试验研究,墙体立柱试件分不带墙板和带墙板两类,通过对 1:1 模型试件试验结果得出:考虑墙
板支承效应可大大提高立柱屈曲承载能力,文章还给出了不带墙板和带墙板立柱轴心受压屈曲承载力的计算建议方法。

EXPERIMENT OF LOAD CARRING CAPACITY FOR WALL STUDS IN
LOW-RISE COLD-FORMED STEEL HOUSE

ABSTRACT The walls with light steel studs is a new wall system in the low-rise cold-formed steel house. The load carrying
capacity for wall studs with cold-formed C-section is studied by pression tests. The specimens of wall stud are divided as
two types which are with and without panels. The test results show that load carrying capacity of studs is increased greatly by
considering the effects of panel support. TheCSC- calculating suggestions for pression studs with and without panels are
presented in the paper.

近几年,在我国各地建造了一批 1~3 层冷弯型钢低层别墅(图 1),
从其建筑结构类型来看,此类轻钢别墅不同于传统梁、柱框架结构体
