Inthelight of theactualrequirement ofthethewriter,this paper designsand implements a fullyfunctioninghuman resource management system,which notnoly Can store thehumaninformation,but also can help tomanmage theinformation about wages,vacations,performance and SO thebasicfunctions,we propose the talentassessment based on on Bayes classifier,which isisthefirstbreakthrough try tO current HRM system. Inorderto takeadvantage ofIntemetefficiently,the architectureofOUrsystem is B/S,while thetraditionalsystems ale almostC/ is allefficient design model for B/S,which ensure theextensibility andtheperformance ofthesystem. This issuedivides thedevelopment cycle into3parts:requirement analysis, design adopt UML tomodel very development parts indetail to programme allfunctionalmoudels definitely. Firstly,this paper discussesof thebackground,goal andsignificance ofthe HRM system,and analyses thefunctionaland non-functional requirements of theproject using analyzing system requirements,we design thesystem architecture based on paper designs thisHRM system using two ideas·integrative management and differentmanagement. Then,this paper shows thesystem part emphasizes the talent paper gives atalentassessment algorithm based on Bayes classifier which extends the function scope of current HRM ,we introduced the Bayes classifiertheory,and modeling the talentassessmentproblem based onnumerous investigations ,this paper designs and 山东大学硕士学位论文 implements ,the system testisdiscussed.
