显德汪矿9#煤层底板破坏规律研究

摘要
邯邢地区是我国重要的煤炭生产基地,但是由于奥灰水威胁使得下组煤的安
全开采受到一定的制约。对此我国学者也进行了大量的研究工作,并且取得了丰
硕的成果,由于煤层底板突水是一个复杂的、非线性、非平衡的演化过程,它受
到诸多因素的影响,理论上是很难对突水过程做出准确的描述。
冀中能源股份有限公司显德汪矿 9#煤层至奥灰顶界面平均厚度为 33m,为承
压水上近距煤层,受到强含水层(奥灰水)的威胁严重,矿井突水的概率较开采
上组煤时有明显增大。为保证 9#煤层的安全开采,本文以显德汪矿 9#煤层 1192
工作面为研究对象,通过现场观测所得数据求解了煤层采动过程中的附加应力值、
主应力,总结出工作面回采过程中附加应力的变化规律,同时获得了显德汪矿 9#
煤层底板破坏深度的现场观测值;采用大型数值模拟软件 FLAC3D 对工作面整个
回踩过程中的垂直应力、塑性破坏、水平应力、垂直位移及超前支撑压力进行了
数值模拟,并分析了各项的变化规律,得到了煤层底板模拟破坏深度值;利用基
于 BP 神经网络构建的显德汪矿底板破坏深度预测模型,预测显德汪矿 9#煤层底
板破坏深度;根据理论计算方法计算了底板破坏理论深度值。通过对现场观测、
数值模拟、BP 神经网络预测及理论计算结果的综合研究获得了显德汪矿 9#煤层
底板破坏的最大深度,结合邯邢地区部分煤矿煤层底板破坏深度实际观测数据,
提出显德汪矿 9#煤层底板破坏深度的经验公式,为显德汪矿 9#煤层深部水平带压
开采提供科学依据。

Abstract
Abstract
Handan Xingtai area is an important base of coal production ,But the safety of
coal mining is under some certain restrictions because of the great threat of Ordovician.
Many scholars have done a lot of research about safe coal mining and achieved great
ess. As the water inrush of coal seam floor is plicated, nonlinear and non
equilibrium evolutionary process, it is influenced by many factors, so it is not easy to
give an exact description of the process of water inrush progress theoretically.
Jizhong Energy Corporation Xiandewang’s 9# seam and the Ordovician interface
has an average thickness of 33m, it is a pressure-bearing water low coverage coal seam,
and because of seriously threatened by the strong aquifer(Ordovician limestone), the
probability of mine water inrush is evidently increasing than coal seam mining. To
ensure the safety mining of 9# coal seam, this article takes Xiandewang 9# coal seam’s
1192 working profile as a researching subject, with field observation data, the author
knows the additional stress, principles stress of coal seam mining and sum up the
variation regulation of additional stress during the extr
