天然和预处理的极大螺旋藻粉对铅的吸附

摘要: 采用间歇批次实验的方法研究了极大螺旋藻作为吸附剂去除溶液中铅的可行性, 以及天然及预处理的藻粉对铅离
子的吸附作用和各种操作条件对铅离子吸附的影响。结果表明, p H 值对吸附的影响较大, 吸附量随 p H 值的增高而增
大, 当 p H 值为 5 5 时吸附率最高。铅吸附的前 30 min 为快速吸附阶段, 60 min 吸附即达平衡状态, 吸附等温线符合
Freundlich 方程。单位藻重的铅吸附量随藻生物量的增加而降低, 预处理生物量的吸附率明显高于天然生物量的吸附率。
4 种解吸液中, 0 1 mol·L - 1的硝酸解吸率最高。
