伺服压力机方案与设计

摘要: 伺服压力机的工作原理与传统压力机不同。在总结其特点的基础上, 提出不同工作机构伺服压力机的共同点及
其技术方案和结构设计方法, 利用恒转矩系统积蓄能量理论, 推出伺服电机参数、电机轴侧总转动惯量、起动加速时间、
制动器制动力矩的设计计算公式, 并进行了曲柄、螺旋伺服压力机的设计与研制。结果表明, 采用该设计方案的伺服压力
机具有结构简单、工作可靠、价格较低的优点。

Abstract: The work p rincip les of servo p resses are different from the traditional p resses. The technical solutions and the structur
al design methods of servo p resses were p roposed. Based on the theory of constant torque and deposited energy system, the design cal
culation formulas of servo motor parameters, the rotated inertia on motor shaft side, starting time, the braking torque of brake were
deduced. Crank and screw servo p resses were developed. The result indicates that the developed servo p ress is simp le in structure,
reliable in work, low in p rice.
