摘 要：当今，大家对彩盒外观要求越来越高。而满足这一需求关键路径，就是对彩盒进行精加工。经过修饰和装潢，提升彩盒档次和质量。据相关资料统计，好包装能够使彩盒销售额提升15%。印后加工每一步骤全部是相互联络、相互制约，只要其中某一道工序出了问题，全部会对彩盒最终成型造成很大影响。在节省成本、降低损耗、降低环境污染前提下，对彩盒印后加工工艺进行优化设计；
论文首先对印后加工做了整体概述，介绍了印后加工关键性，针对印后加工存在部分问题进行分析，并展望印后加工发展；接下来，具体介绍了彩盒印后加工常见工艺，如覆膜、上光、模切压痕、烫金，及加工过程中应注意事项；第三章提出了印后加工技术要求，如在上光过程中怎样调整温度、压力及速度，达成最好效果；第四章经过实例分析，对彩盒印后加工工艺进行优化设计。最终，对课题进行总结和概括，提出在印后加工中怎样节省成本、降低对环境污染部分提议。

ABSTRACT: Nowadays, The demand on appearance of color box is becoming higher and higher. The main approach to satisfy this demand is to carry on finish machining to the color box. Through decorating and mounting, improve the grade and quality of the color box . It is indicated that good packaging can make the sales amount of the color box raise by 15%. Every link of post-press processing connects each other, restricts each other. So long as some process goes wrong, it will cause great influence on the last shaping of the color box. On the premise of economizing the cost, reducing loss, reducing environmental pollution, carry on optimization design to the post-press processing technology
Above all, give the whole summary of post-press processing, then introduce the importance of post-press processing, analyze the problems existing in post-press processing, And then, introduce the main technology of post-press processing in detail , such as laminating、varnishing、gilding and die-cutting. It is also very important to control the best temperature、pressure and the speed in the post-press processing. put forward the specification requirement in the third chapter; carry on optimization design to the post-press processing technology of the color box through analyzing the instance in chapter four. Finally, give some suggestion on how to reduce the cost and environmental pollution.
