摘要:本文从泛系观论述历史的大势和超繁社会系统的观控运筹,特别论及框架784e(泛七要·运八筹·联四维·系百科)、大善遗憾·现实显生原则(PRRP)、泛系超螺旋的8环模式、万世廿律、历史和未来大势,等等对超繁社会系统的观控运筹,同时介绍了系统分析或者超繁社会系统的观控的一种泛系数学化工具——粲泛系和多层次粲泛系,另外讨论了与超繁系统的观控有关的历史的泛系辩证、科技教育创新、教育学和数专多能贵精奇的博才运筹的泛系理法。

Abstract
History megatrends and the observocontrol, simplification, strengthening and operations to the plicated social systems are discussed from the viewpoint of pansystems theory, the special subjects include : PRRP, 8-loops of Pansystems 784e-PRRP-Superspiral, 20-respects or more of the megawaves of all ages, history dialectics, multi-layer analysis with charm pansystems, pansystems principles of pedagogy and versatile operations, etc.
Era and PRRP-Principles. Our era is of work and dialectical synthesis with encyclopedic integration !there are various large scale systems and supersystems: big society, big science, big technology, big economy, big education and various systems engineering!
