摘要: SCR是一个发动机后处理技术,和其它后处理技术相比,在柴油机上应用SCR技术能够有效降低柴油机尾气排放物中NOX浓度,SCR技术在车辆上得到越来越广泛应用。伴随法规日益严格,越来越多高校和研究机构投入到对SCR控制技术研究当中,在SCR控制系统中,对于尿素喷射量控制策略会影响整体控制效果。对于SCR控制策略研究将会深入增强对尿素喷射量控制,从而提升柴油机SCR系统催化转化NOX效率。经过关键介绍SCR系统中尿素喷射量计算方法和尿素喷射量控制方法,结合PID算法基础原理,系统地叙述了在柴油机SCR系统中利用PID算法来正确控制尿素喷射量控制策略,进而分析了整体控制策略有效性,同时对柴油机SCR正确控制策略应用前景进行了展望。

Accurate Control Strategy of SCR System

Abstract: SCR is a kind of after-treatment technology, compared with other technologies, the application of SCR technology in the diesel engine can reduce the quantity of NOX in the emission greatly. As the emission regulation are being stricter, more and more universities and institutes are devoted to the research of SCR control methods. In the SCR control system, the control method of the urea injection amount will affect the whole effect. These researches can enhance the control accuracy on the quantity of urea injection. The calculation and control method of urea injection in the SCR system would be introduced together with the basic theory of PID method. The whole control method is to be further analyzed. At last, looking forward to the application prospect of SCR accurate control method.
