甲基磺酸亚锡的热分析研究

摘要: 用热重和示差扫描热分析法研究了甲基磺酸亚锡的热分解过程,其热分解过程分为三个阶段;在 60~100℃
脱水,在 390~407℃甲基磺酸亚锡分解生成无机盐 SnSO4;在 407~425℃生成 SnO。采用 DTA-TGA 技术研究了甲基磺
酸亚锡在氮气中的非等温热分解机理及动力学。根据 TGA 曲线确定了热分解过程中的中间产物及最终产物。运用
Achar 法和 Coats-Redfern 法对非等温动力学数据进行分析,得到热分解反应的机理函数和动力学参数。

Thermal Analyses for the Thermal position of Methylsulfonate Tin

Abstract: The thermal position of methlsulfonate tin was studied by the differential thermal analysis
(DTA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal
position of methlsulfonate tin can be divided into three stages, and into pounds the
methlsulfonate tin changes at each stage of its thermal position were deduced from its TGA curve. The
result shows that the thermal position of methlsulfonate tin consists of dehydration at 60~100℃,
pyrolysis into SnSO4 at 390~407℃ and further into SnO at 407~425℃, respectively. The mechanism function
