文档介绍:摘要近二三十年来,随着经济的快速发展, 高层建筑越来越多,带转换层的建筑也比较普遍。转换层的存在使竖向刚度发生突变导致力的传递发生改变,在转换层处受力变得复杂,在考虑地震情况下,更是复杂。所以对转换层的研究是非常必要的。首先,本文阐述了转换层的概念,着重对梁式转换层的研究现状及发展前景做了介绍。针对带转换层建筑物研究的不足,缺少专用的分析软件,本文结合工程实例,分别采用建筑专用软件SATWE和有限元分析软件ANSYS对带梁式转换层建筑物进行了静动力分析研究。通过对比研究得到:两者的动力特性基本相同, SATWE软件计算的结果偏于安全,在实际设计中可以适当放宽对侧向位移的要求,当有轻微超筋现象出现时,按最大配筋率设计还是安全的。其次,通过对具有普通混凝土梁的框架和具有钢骨混凝土粱的框架抗震性能、钢骨混凝土的冶金部(规程1)和建设部(规程2)两个设计规程及两种等效弹模公式的比较研究,提出了对实际工程设计有意义的建议:梁为钢骨混凝土构件的结构将会使整体结构的抗震性能提高;《规程1》虽计算保守,但方法简单, 《规程2》虽计算较为复杂,但结果精确:钢骨混凝土构件的等效弹性模量按公式E1=巨‘+EL计算更合理。最后,对带钢骨混凝土转换梁的结构进行了优化设计研究,建立了钢骨混凝土转换梁优化设计的模型,用APDL语言编写了优化设计建模程序,实例计算表明,优化方案更加合理。研究成果对提升该类结构的设计水平,有着一定理论意义和实用价值。关键词: 转换层组合有限单元法反应谱钢骨混凝土优化设计 ABSTRACT Beclose totwenty orthirtyyeats recently,with thedevelopment ofeconomy and theliving standard,the high building ing more and more than high risebuilding with transferstory existence ofthetransfer floormakes theverticalstiffnesschange and force’stransfer force’Smmsfer road bcx7,ome plex when Considered structure study on transferstory isnecessary.
