The Group makes preserving the environment and green
management integral parts of building high-quality
developments, as well as promoting eco-awareness and
green living. It recently won a number of awards for its
efforts.
Gold for environmental excellence
Group subsidiaries Kai Shing and Hong Yip won a number of Hong Kong
Awards for Environmental Excellence in recognition of their outstanding
green management. These are presented by anizations including
the Environmental mittee, Environmental Protection
Department, Advisory Council on the Environment and Business
Environment Council in recognition of green management in different
industries.
Kai Shing followed up its gold for Park Island last year with another gold The biennial awards are given by the Leisure and Cultural
for Millennium City, plus a silver and honourable mentions in the property Services Department and anizations to recognize
management sector. Millennium City goes beyond basic property outstanding landscape design and horticultural maintenance,
management with innovative facilities and enlists tenants’ support for and at the same time enhance green awareness among the
