【摘要】:液压滑模施工技术在筒状建筑物工程施工中,以其施工速度快、工程造价
低、安全系数高、施工质量好的技术优势,在建筑工程中被逐步推广并得到广泛应用。本文
通过资中水泥厂生料均化库滑模施工,从滑模的选型、组装,到滑模滑升及滑升过程中的纠
偏纠扭,最后到滑模的拆除,对滑模施工工艺及其质量保证措施做了一次全面而系统的介绍,
可供筒仓结构施工中采用液压滑模施工工艺者参考借鉴。

Slipform Construction Technique Cylinder Structure

Abstract: Slip-form construction of the hydraulic cylinder-shaped building in the project
construction, the construction of its speed, low cost, high factor of safety, construction quality
technical advantages in the promotion of the construction works have been gradually and widely
used. In this paper, funded in the cement raw meal silo slipform construction, from the
sliding-mode selection, assembly, sliding the sliding mode and sliding in the process of correcting
or torsional correct, and finally to the removal of sliding mode on the slip-form construction
process and quality assurance measures to do prehensive and systematic introduction of the
structural construction of silos for the use of hydraulic slipform construction draw process
reference.

1 概述
建筑工程施工在垂直高度比较大,横截面变化很小的薄壁体结构物中,液压滑模施工与
传统的架模施工相比具有速度快、效率高、造价低、质量可靠的优势,被广泛应用于诸如工
厂的单体筒仓、桥梁的空心墩、水库的 U 形船闸等构造物上。本文将对水泥厂单体筒仓结

2 工程概况及施工特点
四川星船城水泥有限公司 2500t/d 新型干法水泥生产线地处四川省资中县铁佛镇,是川
发改产业(2008)145 号批准的建设项目,项目投资约亿元。
生料均化库占地面积为 394 ㎡,建筑物安全等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为 6 度,使用年
限为 50 年。均化库圆形筒体由上下两部分组成:下部分从- m 至 m 共 ,
结构厚度为 750 ㎜,钢筋保护层内外均为 30 ㎜,其中包括环梁 2 一道(高度 ,顶标高
为 m);上部分从 m 至 m 共 m,结构厚度为 350 ㎜,钢筋保护
层内为 35 ㎜、外为 30 ㎜,其中包括环梁 3 一道(高度 ,顶标高为 m)。筒体混
凝土等级为 C40。结构外半径为 ,内半径下部为 ,上部为 9m。
滑模施工具有如下特点和优点:
(1)施工现场存在多个施工队伍同时施工,施工时要避免相互干扰,做好协调,处理
好相互之间的关系。
(2)滑模施工一旦开始就必须 24 小时连续作业,所以滑模工、钢筋工、混凝土工、抹
灰工、预埋预留工、起吊工等工种必须有足够的人员储备以保证滑模施工的连续性,同时滑
升过程中还必须与恶劣的天气(主要是阴雨
