摘要
互联网与金融业相互渗透浩然成为了发展的必然趋势，互联网金融在金融业发展过程中占据着越来越重要的地位，券商作为金融行业的重要组成，也必将受到互联网的影响。
本文分为三个部分：发展互联网金融的重要性、发展面临的问题、针对问题给出的建议。第一章通过互联网为金融业带来的巨大技术变革、互联网对金融的影响、互联网金融对券商的影响说明券商发展互联网金融的必要性。第二章通过对互联网金融的特点、传统金融的弊端分析券商发展互联网金融面临的问题。第三章针对所发现的问题进行逐一分析并给出建议。

ABSTRACT
The Internet and the financial industry mutual penetration Hao Ran has become the inevitable trend of development, the Internet finance plays a more and more important role in the process of development of the financial industry, securities companies as an important component of the financial sector, will also be affected by the impact of the internet.
本文分为三个部分：发展互联网金融的重要性、发展面临的问题、针对问题给出的建议。第一章通过互联网为金融业带来的巨大技术变革、互联网对金融的影响、互联网金融对券商的影响说明券商发展互联网金融的必要性。第二章通过对互联网金融的特点、传统金融的弊端分析券商发展互联网金融面临的问题。第三章针对所发现的问题进行逐一分析并给出建议。
This paper is divided into three parts: face the importance, development of Internet financial development problem, to solve the problem of the advice given. The first chapter through the Internet for the financial industry bring enormous technological changes, the Internet influence to finance, financial firms to illustrate the influence of the Internet securities development of Internet financial necessity. The second chapter through analyzing the characteristics, the Internet Financial weaknesses of traditional financial analysis brokerage development of Internet financial problems. The third chapter according to the problems found by analysis and recommendations.
