摘要
目前国内外将虚拟仿真技术应用到玩具的设计仿真中去,使得玩具的设计过程实现了整个运动是虚拟仿真,这一技术的运用提高了产品的生产效率、性能的不断完善,从而使得研究开发的设计成本不断降低。为了适应消费者的需求,研发设计出更新更多种类的玩具产品,使得虚拟样机仿真技术得到了进一步的运用,也使得设计周期大大缩短。随着计算机技术的发展和运用,使得整个玩具的设计过程不断简化,大大减少了成本开支和时间周期。
本课题通过运用UG和Adams对白鳍豚玩具进行运动学的仿真,首先,对白鳍豚玩具进行拆卸、测绘,然后在UG软件中进行三维零件建模并装配,装配完后将其导入ADAMS软件中进行运动学的分析和仿真,通过不断的调试和参数的设定,最后实现了白鳍豚的运动学仿真过程。

Abstract
Virtual simulation technology at home and abroad will be applied to the simulation to the design of toys, toy design process makes the whole exercise is to achieve a virtual simulation, the use of this technology increases production efficiency, performance, continuous improvement, making the research and development Design costs have been reduced. In order to meet consumer demand, research and design a greater variety of toy products updated, making the virtual prototype simulation technology has been further use, but also makes the design cycle significantly shortened. With the development and application puter technology, making the whole toy continues to simplify the design process, greatly reducing costs and time period.
The subject of Adams through the use of UG and the kinematics of dolphin toys simulation, first of all, the demolition of the dolphin toy, mapping, and then in the UG software modeling three-dimensional parts and assembly, the assembly after its exercise into ADAMS software Science analysis and simulation, through missioning and parameter setting, and finally achieve the kinematic simulation dolphin.
