摘要
现如今在高校内，综合素质评测被广泛运用，是对学生的一种评价指标，综合素质评测在德育、智育、体育、和能力等方面对学生根据情况给予一定的比例，在将学生在校的各种活动、学****或者各种竞赛给出一定的分数，根据所占的比例算出总分，然后根据总分决定学生优秀与否，并根据地综合素质评测来评定奖学金！学生综合素质评测作为高校对大学生的客观评价的重要方式，有利于促进高校的素质教育发展，有得于提高大学生综合素质，有利于改进和加强大学生思想政治工作，一套科学合理的评测体系及优秀的信息系统带来的价值是巨大的。评价内容的设计实际上是对大学生应具备素质的基本要求。
科学的综合素质评价对大学生综合素质的培养与提高有重要意义。依托校园信息化建设，实施信息化的大学生综合素质评价，是对传统综合素质评价方法的改进，有助综合素质评价的科学化、自动化、具体化、过程化，有助于提升学生日常管理工作的成效，突出了大学生思想政治教育工作的导向作用。
21世纪的今天信息技术高速发展，各类信息管理系统层出不穷。传统的素质评估手段已经无法满足学生综合素质评估的需求，于是基于计算机技术的学生综合素质评测系统孕育而生。
学生综合素质评测系统主要是基于软件工程软件开发，以及结合所学的知识根据以往的工作经验可发的一个系统。该系统采用Eclipse工具和Mysql数据库设计实现，整个系统具有简单，干净的界面，具有操作简单，可行，易于用户使用等特点。该系统采用当今社会先进的MVC三层架构设计实现，性能更加优越、可扩展性更好。系统主要实现了用户管理、用户注册与登录、密码修改，基本数据管理包括数据修改、更新、插入数据导入导出，数据分析等功能模块。

Abstract
Now in Colleges and universities, comprehensive quality evaluation is widely used is a evaluation index of students, comprehensive quality evaluation includes the evaluation of moral education, intellectual evaluation, physical evaluation, and evaluation of the ability four aspects, each category according to the situation given certain proportion, the students in a variety of activities, learning or various competitions are given a score, according to accounts for the proportion to calculate the total score and according to the total score decided outstanding student or not and according to the comprehensive quality evaluation to scholarship evaluation. Evaluation on students comprehensive quality as the objective evaluation on college students is an important way, to promote the development of quality education in Colleges and universities, have to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, is conducive to improving and strengthening the ideological and political work of college students, a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system and good information system brings the value is great. Evaluation content design is actually the basic requirements for college students should have the quality.
