文档介绍:山东科技大学学士学位论文 I 摘要塑件已在工业、农业、国防和日常生活等方面获得广泛的应用。为生产这些塑件,必须设计出相应的塑料模具。在这个设计中,采用的是注塑模,它是成型热塑性塑料件和热固性塑料件的模具,是应用最为普遍的塑料模具加工方法之一。本次设计通过家电实际塑料产品,利用空调遥控器实体模型测量产品的尺寸,对实体进行建模,并对塑件的模具进行设计,包括塑件成品的设计、工艺参数的分析与计算、工作部分的设计、模具结构的设计、成型零部件的设计等等。重点介绍了了浇注系统、成型零件、合模导向机构、脱模机构以及冷却系统的设计。在本次课题中采用一模四腔的型腔布局,主要运用 Pro / ENGINEER 和 Auto CAD 来完成整个设计工作。在整个过程中学****到了许多的模具设计的知识和对在校所学知识的深化,设计的整个过程实现了无纸化,有利于提高模具的生产效率和节约了生产成本,并大大缩短了生产的周期。关键词:注塑模具;遥控器外壳;浇注系统;塑件山东科技大学学士学位论文 II Abstract Plastic parts have obtained the widespread application in industry ,agriculture ,national defense and daily life .For the production of plastic ,we must design the plastic mold .In this design ,injection mold is used in it ,it is molded thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic mold ,is the mon application of the plastic mold processing method. The design through plastic products of home appliances ,Use remote of air conditioner entity model for measuring the size of the product ,the entity modeling ,and design on the plastic parts of the mold ,includes plastic parts product design ,process parameters analysis and calculation ,part of the design work ,the design of die structure ,the design of molding parts .The specific introduction are made on gating system ,cooling system ,molding parts, steering mechanism and spacer parting institutions .In this subject , there are four cavities in this mold mainly using Pro/ENGINEER4 and Auto CAD plete the design work .In the whole process ,I learn a lotof mold design knowledge and deepen the knowledge of studied in the school ,the whole design process realizations the paperless ,it improves the die's production efficiency and saving production cost ,and greatly shorten the production cycle.
