文档介绍:万方数据 Thesis Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master Degree of Engineering The Study on Warehouse Slotting Optimization in YB (Tianjin) Company by Liu Zhishuai Supervisor: Prof. Tong Lingyun Dec ember 2013 万方数据万方数据万方数据万方数据河北工业大学硕士学位论文 I 摘要伴随经济的快速增长和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对产品和服务的要求也越来越高。企业为快速响应满足顾客的需要,使得仓储业迅速发展,导致了诸多仓库和配送中心的出现,同时,也对其运营效率提出了较高的要求。拣选作业作为仓储管理的重要内容,其效率深深地影响着仓库和配送中心的运营。而仓库内的货位布局情况, 则又影响着拣选作业的效率。本文以 YB 公司天津分公司的仓库作为研究对象,探讨了该仓库货位优化的可行性。首先,本文对货位优化的相关理论进行了简单介绍;然后,通过对仓库的介绍以及现状分析,发现其货位分布的不合理之处,有着货位优化的必要性;接着,针对该仓库,基于分类存储策略,提出以拣选作业导致的人体能耗最小为目标,并确定了相关约束条件,构建了货位优化数学模型,利用贪婪算法进行了快速求解,得到了优化方案;最后,通过对货位优化前后订单拣选作业所导致的人体能耗进行比较,验证了货位优化模型的有效性,取得了较好的效果。本文结合货位优化相关知识,成功将其应用到 YB 公司天津分公司的仓库,为该仓库的货位优化提供了一种可行方法,以提高作业效率,进而提高仓库运营效率,对同类型的企业具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词: 存储策略拣选作业货位优化贪婪算法万方数据 YB 公司天津分公司仓库货位优化问题研究 II Abstract Wi th rapid development of the economics and continuous improvement of people ’s living standards, consumers require tobe provided products and services with higher quality. In order to meet the customers ’ demand quickly, warehousing industry develops fast, making more and more warehouses and distribution centers appear and operational efficiency more and more important. As an important part of warehouse management, order picking efficiency affects the operations of warehouse s and distribution center s deeply . And the storage location ina warehouse affects order picking efficiency. In this thesis , YB (Tianjin) Company warehouse is studied as the objective and the feasibility of slotting optimization is discussed . First, the paper makes a brief introduction of related theories on slotting optimization. Then, after warehouse introduction and analyzing current situation, the storage location is found unreasonable and needs tobe optimized. Next, under the class-based storage strategy, this paper proposes the minimum human energy expenditure caused by order picking as the optimization objective and determines the relevant constraints to build the optimization model, and ap
