摘要
现代企业中,使用压缩气体的机器越来越多,例如:石油、化工、冶金、轻工、纺织、采矿等,许多工业中无不广泛使用各种各类的气体压缩机。因此,气体压缩机是近代工业生产中不可缺少的通用机器。结合所了解的中、小型压缩机,了解其基本结构及其工作原理,重点掌握其结构设计,学会所含零部件的结构设计方法及其强度校核方法,在设计过程中,理论联系实际,最终了解设计一个设备的基本思路和方法。
W型活塞式级差压缩机主要应用于船舶中气体压缩,虽然其结构有别于其它压缩机,但他们的原理相似。因此可以根据已知的压缩机类型,通过互相比较,进而进行设计。
整个设计过程包括总体结构设计、热力学的计算、初定相关零部件的机构尺寸,然后借助AUTOCAD等绘图软件绘图,选定轴承等标准件,应用强度理论对其进行必要的强度校核以满足实际的需要,最后确定压缩机的辅助设备。
此往复式压缩机适用压力范围广。因依靠容积变化的原理工作,因而不论其流量大小,都能达到很高的工作压力。目前已制成低、中、高、超高压各种压缩机,其中工业上超高压压缩机的工作压力可达350MPa(3500kgf/cm2)。
