【摘 要】目前，我国经济、社会发展已经进入工业反哺农业、城市支持农村的新阶段。党的十七大报告中也提出坚持把发展现代农业、繁荣农村经济作为首要任务，把解决好农业、农村、农民问题，始终作为全党工作的重中之重。提出要坚持农村基本经营制度，稳定和完善土地承包关系，按照依法自愿有偿原则，健全土地承包经营权流转市场。积极探索集体经济有效实现形式，发展农民专业合作组织，支持农业产业化经营和龙头企业发展。当前，在加快推进改革开放和现代化建设、深入实施西部大开发战略的新形势下，成都附近以及西部所有的农村进入了历史上发展与稳定的最好时期。为了解我国新农村建设情况，我们于 年 月 日，在成都市附近的木兰镇进行了调研，深入的了解了我国新农村建设最新进展，使我们从实际的例证中，认识到具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济给农村带来的翻天覆地变化。
