高气温环境中钢筋混凝土结构施工质量控制

[摘要] 高气温环境中钢筋混凝土结构施工,水泥早期水化温升高,水泥水化速度更快,降温收缩及热胀收缩使
现浇钢筋混凝土结构早期开裂更加突出。控制其早期开裂,应在降低水化热,改善结构构件的构造与配筋,确保混
凝土保护层厚度,合理预留施工缝,加强早期湿养护等环节上采取更有效的措施,以达到提高质量的目的。

Construction Quality Control on Reinforced Concrete Structure under
High Atmospheric Temperature Environment

[ Abstract] For construction of reinforced concrete structure under high atmospheric temperature environment , higher tempera
ture rise due to cement early hydration , faster speed of cement hydration , contraction due to temperature drop and thermal expan
sion result in early cracking of site - pouring reinforced concrete structure. For control of the early cracking of the reinforced con
crete structure the effective measures are required for reducing the hydration heat , improving the structure and reinforcing of the
components , ensuring the thickness of the protective layer for concrete , reasonably preserving the position for construction
seams , enhancing early wet curing , etc. in order to increase the quality.
