摘要:介绍了 SIMAD YN D 全数字控制系统在 3 500 mm 中板生产线上的应用,同时介绍了雪橇控制和负
荷平衡控制在轧制过程中的实施方法。实践证明,该系统能有效提高交流调速传动控制系统的设计、调试效
率,具有控制精度高、响应快速、操作可靠及易于维护的优良品质。在生产中投入了实现雪橇控制和负荷平衡
控制后,明显提高了产品的成材率。

Application of SIMADYN D Control System in Main Driving

Abstract :The application of SIMAD YN D control system in roughing mill of 3 500 mm medium thick plate
plant was introduced. And the application methods to realize sledge rolling and load balance control in plate
rolling were introduced. The practice proves that the system can be effectively increase the design level of al
ternating adjusting speed driving control system , debugging efficiency. And it also proves that the advantage in
the system are high control precision , fast response , operation reliability and facility maintenance. After the
application of sledge control and load balance control in plate rolling , good effects of increasing finishing prod
uct rate has been reached.
